When Aida was 7 years old she escaped a war zone in 1994 in former Yugoslavia. The Danish organization, Red Cross helped her family to reach Denmark and to build a new and safe life. Since then she has devoted her life to giving to others in need. Already as a teenager, she has been active as a volunteer and even founded a youth organization in Denmark that organized several charity projects.
Aida wished something like ParticiPaid existed back then, where organizations could meet and cross collaborate and social entrepreneurs could help the organizations to create products to help them to be more efficient and reach their goals together. Thus she joined Christian and Marie on this very important journey – building a network of social entrepreneurs.
Aida was born in Bosnia and Herzegovina, raised in Denmark, and living in Copenhagen. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and works as a Project Manager in IT and Software Development.
